Barbara Keller is a licensed psychologist with more than 30 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and organizations through periods of change, crisis, and transformation.

Her work brings psychological and systemic perspectives into dialogue with a lifelong exploration of inquiry, presence, relationship, and different ways of knowing.

Visica Co-Creation grew from this intersection of professional practice and personal inquiry. The Visica Compass emerged later as an exploration of what becomes possible when familiar assumptions are held open long enough for something not previously seen to become visible.
