Visica is inspired by the Vesica Piscis — not simply as the space where two worlds meet, but as the space where difference can remain in contact and relationship long enough for inquiry, discernment, and something new to emerge.
The arrow within the symbol adds another dimension: orientation. In times of uncertainty and massive transformation, when disorientation can feel overwhelming, it reminds us that even when the way forward is not yet visible, an orientation remains — inward, upward, and forward.
VISICA CO-CREATION was born from a simple observation:

Yet meaningful transformation asks something different: the capacity to remain present with what is unfolding without reducing its complexity too quickly.
Visica Co-Creation brings together psychological insight, presence and inquiry, systemic awareness, and reflective dialogue to explore what may not yet be fully seen or understood.
This approach can take different forms — working with individuals, teams, and organizations through therapy, coaching, dialogue, talks, and other forms of inquiry.

Difference does not have to be erased or turned immediately into right and wrong. Discernment allows us to differentiate while remaining in relationship.

We do not predetermine what transformation should look like. What emerges must remain grounded in responsibility, professional ethics, and respect for those involved.
