Visica is inspired by the Vesica Piscis — not simply as the space where two worlds meet, but as the space where difference can remain in contact and relationship.
VISICA CO-CREATION was born from a simple observation:
when people face uncertainty, crisis, or profound change, the instinct is often to simplify, control, or avoid what feels difficult.
Yet meaningful transformation asks something different:
the capacity to remain present and in contact with what is unfolding, without reducing its complexity too quickly.
When habitual ways of thinking no longer fill the entire space, a different quality of attention becomes possible. We can begin to see what we may have overlooked, discern deeper patterns, and discover possibilities that were not visible before.
At its heart, Visica Co-Creation is an invitation to rediscover what it means to be curious — and to dare to be uncomfortable.

The Visica Compass began with a question about light and darkness — and what these ancient opposites might reveal about how we perceive ourselves, one another, and the world around us.
Rather than searching for a predetermined answer, the inquiry followed what emerged through contact between different perspectives and ways of knowing — psychological, scientific, systemic, symbolic, and lived experience.

The Compass does not tell us where to go. It helps us see more clearly where we are.
In times of profound transformation, when familiar maps, assumptions, and ways of orienting may no longer hold, seeing clearly where we are becomes essential. Inquiry helps us notice what is present — the patterns, relationships, tensions, and emerging possibilities — before deciding what the next step should be.
The journey moves through psychology, science, nature, language, systems, myth, relationship, and lived experience — not as separate subjects, but as different perspectives through which the inquiry gradually unfolds.
The articles will be published one by one. Each opens from what came before and, in turn, gives rise to another question, another perspective, another connection.
You are invited to begin at the beginning and follow the inquiry as it unfolds.
Where the Inquiry May Lead
The article series has a direction, but inquiry does not always reveal in advance where it will lead.
What the Compass evokes may open further questions, conversations, talks, shared inquiry, or other forms of process-oriented work.
Rather than defining what comes next, Visica remains curious about what may emerge through contact with those who enter the journey.
